ABU SAUNF 440 Identified at Rashtrapati Bhavan

The fragnance of Abu Saunf440, which has been identified by the aroma, has reached the Rashtrapati Bhavan.


 1.5 years ago, President Pranab Mukherjee not only appreciated the festoon exhibition in the Rashtrapati Bhavan, but he was so impressed with the fragrance of ABU SAUNF 440 that he allowed the plantation of trees in the Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhawan. In the Mughal Gardens, 440 is being identified by name.

Different types of high quality plants are planted in the Mughal Gardens.There is more trouble in the cultivation of fennel, when a situation like maavath is formed. In the case of Maavath, there is a danger of cholera disease in the crop. Black spots outbreaks can cause damage to the crop. During the change in the weather, the effect of moisture in the environment falls on fennel grains. The fury of the Black spots pest increases on fennel leaves.

Black spots fall on the rash. Due to this, the farmers in the market do not get the cost as per the hard work. To save the standing crop from disease and pests, farmers have to save a lot.

Disease Control on Disease
To save the crop from the Black spots disease, the leaves of the plant should be broken so that the entire plant can get enough air. The crop should be sprayed with 2 liters of water in the crop. The carbon diazim should also be mixed with the mancozeb in the sprinkler drum. Such spraying has to be done for seven to ten days.

ABU SAUNF 440

Normally saunf or fennel seeds are used as mouth freshener after meals. It is said to enhance digestion too. Ishaq Ali, from village in Kachholi in Sirohi district in Rajasthan, has added a new dimension to the crop by developing a new variety Abu Saunf 440.

The ABU SAUNF 440 is spreading its fragrance not only to the state but also at whole. This fennel crop is proving boon for the farmers of Abu. Farmers are so crazy about the cultivation of fennel that fennel is cultivated in about 1500 to 2000 hectare area in Abu Road and Reodar Block.

These cultivators are cultivating advanced fennel not only financially, but also in the houses, they are also developing all the modern equipment that can be seen in the home of a city resident. With traditional crops, the farmers are earning well by cultivating fennel, cotton and flowers. Farmers cultivate advanced varieties of plants. 

The adjacent cultivators first planted fennel. After the nursery is ready, it has started planting in the fields. There is a work to remove weeds from the fennel crop and to give indigestible fertilizers these days. The winter season will be outdoors for the fennel crop. Regional  area farmers earnings has been increased in five to six months and profits also get good.

The adjoining cultivators, including Moongthala, sow more fennel seeds. The farmer told that the fennel farming of a bigha land earns forty to fifty thousand rupees easily. Farmers said that first they used to cultivate maize and wheat, but now focuses more on fennel with other crops. Now ten times the seed has sown foil. Interestingly, despite the high-tech era, the tenants here use the solution used by the banks to remove weeds.

आबू सौंफ440 अब राष्ट्रपति भवन में भी महकेगी। राष्ट्रपति भवन में सिरोही के इशाक अली की ओर से लगाई गई सौंफ प्रदर्शनी के अवलोकन के दौरान राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी ने न केवल इसकी तारीफ की, बल्कि वे आबू सौंफ की खुशबू से इतने प्रभावित हुए कि उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति भवन के मुगल गार्डन में आबू सौंफ के पौधे लगाने की इजाजत दी है। मुगल गार्डन में यह आबू सौंफ-440 के नाम से पहचानी जाएगी। ज्ञात रहे कि मुगल गार्डन में देश के विभिन्न प्रकार के उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले पौधे ही लगाए जाते हैं।

नैशनल इनोवेशन फाउण्डेशन लगाता है प्रदर्शनी ।

राष्ट्रपति भवन परिसर में भारत सरकार के नेशनल इनोवेशन फाउण्डेशन की ओर से प्रगतिशील किसानों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रदर्शनी लगाई जाती है। इन दिनों मुगल गार्डन में प्रदर्शनी लगी हुई है। इसमें सिरोही जिले के ईशाक अली की सौंफ की प्रदर्शनी भी शामिल है। शुक्रवार को राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी ने प्रदर्शनियों का अवलोकन किया। ईशाक की सौंफ की खुशबू से प्रभावित राष्ट्रपति ने सौंफ के साथ ईशाक की भी प्रशंसा की। उन्होंने इस किस्म की सौंफ के पौधे मुगल गार्डन में लगवाने का आदेश दिया। राष्ट्रपति के सचिव ने इशाक से इस बारे में बातचीत कर बीज की व्यवस्था के लिए कहा।

25 साल की है मेहनत

आबू सौंफ देशभर में प्रसिद्ध है, लेकिन इशाक अली की ओर से तैयार की जा रही सौंफ अन्य से भी अलग है। इशाक के मुताबिक ये करीब पच्चीस साल की मेहनत का नतीजा है। सामान्यतया प्रति हैक्टेयर में 14-15 क्विंटल सौंफ का उत्पादन होता है, लेकिन इशाक अपने खेत में विशेष तकनीक के साथ प्रति हैक्टेयर करीब 30-32 क्विंटल सौंफ उत्पादन ले रहा है। यह बेहतर उत्पादन के साथ-साथ खुशबू, रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता व गुणवत्ता भी अच्छी रहती है। 

सामान्य सौंफ को बेहतर बनाने के लिए सलेक्ट पद्धति का पैमाना अपनाया गया। इसमें बेहतर पौधे के बीजों को अलग-अलग करके नर्सरी तैयार की गई। फिर उस बीज से अलग खेती करने से उत्पादन में बढ़ोतरी हुई।  इसके लिए पूर्व में इशाक राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सम्मानित हो चुका है।

मुगल गार्डन में लगेगी आबू सौंफ-440

इन दिनों राष्ट्रपति भवन में सौंफ की प्रदर्शनी लगी हुई है। शुक्रवार को राष्ट्रपति ने अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने आबू सौंफ से प्रभावित होकर इसके पौधे मुगल गार्डन में लगाने को कहा है। उनके सचिव ने हमसे बीज मांगे हैं। व्यवस्था की जा रही है। यह आबू सौंफ-440 के नाम से जानी जाएगी। यह बात हमारे लिए किसी सम्मान से कम नहीं है।
